The story so far
It started with one clinic.
We opened our very first i-Sihat Medical Clinic in Johor. One doctor. One neighbourhood. One promise — that healthcare should be as warm as it is excellent.
Then came our first dental practice.
T. Low Dental Clinic — the beginning of a journey that would deliver more than 20,000 braces and tens of thousands of confident smiles.
The first i-Sihat Dental clinics.
Our first dedicated dental practice under the i-Sihat name opened in Pasir Gudang — built slowly and carefully, to the same family-first standard as everything before it.
Crossing the country.
Smile Borneo Penampang brought our care to East Malaysia for the first time, alongside our first Klang Valley dental and medical clinics.
Closer to more families.
Bukit Jalil brought our dental care into the heart of the urban Klang Valley.
The year everything came together.
Dr Glow Medispa Larkin proved premium aesthetic care need not carry a premium price tag. Klinik Bahiah and Smile Borneo Warisan opened.
Six new homes for Mediwira families.
Smile Borneo Tawau and Inanam, i-Sihat Dental Sentul, i-Sihat Medical Dato Chellam, Klinik Genesis and Klinik Balqis — and Sunny Kids, our first dedicated children’s clinic.

Group ChairmanFounder and Chairman of Mediwira, with over 20 years of experience in healthcare management. His vision is to make healthcare more accessible and affordable, positioning Mediwira as a leader in the Malaysian healthcare sector.
Dr Ratna Devi
Group CEO & Director of Dental ServicesCEO of Mediwira and head of the Group’s dental services division. With extensive experience in dental care, she is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-first services, driving Mediwira’s growth and expanding its national presence.
Dr Mok Chi Chien
Chief Operating Officer · Director of Medical ServicesOne of the four founding doctors who started what is now Mediwira Group. He has been practising medicine in Johor since 2009 and still sees patients today, even as he leads medical services and operations across the entire Group. He opened the very first i-Sihat Medical Clinic in 2012.
